If you are stumped by a problem or have a question that's not covered in our documentation, please contact your Group Admin for the quickest and the most reliable solution.

Step 3: Log a service request
Click here to log a service request through myhelp.oracle.com. Please note that only Oracle employees will be able to log a service request, external users need to contact their group sponser or workspace administrator.
